Join us for an engaging, dynamic, and interactive workshop where you get an opportunity to practice simple spiritual techniques that can make a real and positive difference in your life.

Discover how a study of dreams, past lives and Soul Travel can benefit all areas of your life.
The workshop runs in the morning (11:15am - 12:30pm) as well as in the afternoon (1:30 - 2:45pm). That way, you have an opportunity to attend regardless of when you have classes or other activities planned on Tuesday 18 August.
Some of the things we will cover:
- A simple, effective, portable and active meditation you can use anywhere, at any time, to center yourself and feel a sense of inner peace and calm.
- How paying attention to your dreams (both sleep dreams and waking dreams) can help prepare and guide you to your best life... every day!
- Is there something more to you than you think? Explore your very own potential by looking at the bigger picture, from the viewpoint of your higher self.
- Engage with your spiritual creativity using an effective technique you can replicate any time to: identify what's important to you; set goals; re-focus your attention, and create the life you want.

Special Treat ~ Video Talk Featuring a Living Spiritual Master
In between the two workshops (12:40 - 1:22pm) you can enjoy a video talk by a living spiritual adept, you could call him a 'spiritual professor', the Mahanta, the Living ECK Master, Sri Doug Kunin, seen in the picture here.
The title of the talk is: "The Quest for God-consciousness".
* You can come and go during the talk, there is no commitment to stay for the duration if you have other things planned.

If you don't have a permit but you'd like to park in a permit space at Berwick campus, you can pay casually using CellOPark. The first hour is free, and every hour after that costs $4 (capped at $12 for the day).
Follow the instructions on the car park signs or download the free CellOPark app from App Store or Google Play.
You'll need to use the relevant CellOPark Zone Number for registration: Berwick Campus Zone Number: 1300407
Event parking will be in car parks A and B.
No parking will be permitted in car park C and fines will apply.
